030: The Enneagram (Type 6)

Scott and Macie start, as is tradition each Enneagram week, by checking in with one another on on where they are at with their Enneagram journey.

Macie’s check in is more like an existential enneagram thought reflecting on the beauty of the enneagram symbol itself and its mysterious nature.

It’s then time to talk all about SIXES. Known as the loyalist, true believer, doubter, questioner, guardian, trouble shooter, and Scott’s favorite, the persecuted persecutor. 

This type sits at the center of the Head Triad, motivated by fear they are driven by their need to be secure.

Sixes come to believe that they do not possess the internal resources to handle life’s challenges and vagaries alone and so increasingly rely on structures, allies, beliefs, and supports outside themselves for guidance.
